22nd of January 2024 Heat Stress Warning

Dayboro’s weather station forecast 38°C with rising humidity and a dropping barometer on 22 January 2024, raising heat stress concerns for livestock and pets in the region.

The weather station shows possible 38C today, as I am writing this the temperature is already up to 32C and climbing about 2C per hour. 

The interesting thing is that the Barometer is dropping at the moment, something it normally does not do in the morning. It is still at 1005hPa so that is all good, but something to keep an eye on as it might spell thunderstorms.

Anyway the humidity is high, temperature is high the combination that makes it harder for animals to get cooled down.
