Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage uses semi-precious stones (Pilbara Green in my studio) heated and used as the massage tool over your muscles and into your lymphatic channels. A feeling of comfort and relaxation takes over allowing your muscles to relax allowing for deeper work if necessary. Thermotherapy can help remove the buildup of toxins in the body as well as help ease pain.
Kahuna Body Temple Massage
Kahuna Body Temple Massage is a full body deep relaxation massage. Using rhythmical long strokes over the whole body, this massage is not only a massage but a dance. Intention and breathe are used to help remove energy blockages stored in the body and mind as well as help flow in your lymphatic system.
In a Kahuna massage, I use my hands, forearms and elbows to create flow through your body. Flowing from head to toe, while working on any areas found to be holding tension.
Lomi Lomi Heartworks Massage
Lomi Lomi loosely translated means to “knead” to “move and shift”. Using predominately the thumbs and hands, kneading the channels of the body, this massage is great for creating flow through the lymphatic system. There is an intention of heart-to-heart connection before and during the massage and it is often known as the “Loving Hands” massage.
Reflexology
Our feet are a mirror of the body. Using pressure on the parts for the feet that relate to different parts of the body we are able to bring you to relaxation and homeostasis. Every body is able to receive reflexology and can sometimes be beneficial when the body itself is not able to.
