A sound healing is a magical space to relax, rebalance and release 
In the dimly lit Dayboro hall, we will gather on our yoga mats in a circle. After you’ve made yourself comfortable & closed your eyes, you’ll be led through a short relaxation visualization where you can sink deeply into the space and your body 
Next Elena will play her array of beautiful singing bowls, gong, chimes, rattles and rain stick, taking you on a journey of sound, leading you deeper into your relaxation 
Sound healings help us release negative energy, rebalance parts of ourselves that are perhaps a bit neglected and calm our bodies
Join Elena and I in the Dayboro hall on the 18th December at 5pm for this restoring event. Tickets $45 per person or $80 for 2 people.
