What is on the app

Why?

Why a Dayboro App? For one, to support the local businesses and events. Secondly, to show the weather data and to encourage locals to grow their own food. Encourage local trade and community sharing and support.

Dayboro AU > Up to date information by you and us for you .
1
Because we can.
2
Is this for everybody?

YES, most is. Some items are for subscribers only you will see the prompts.

All subscribers can use a web browser to create a unique code. They can use this code to log in to the Dayboro App.

We use a code because it will save you time to log in. The login remains active on your device for 30 days, after which you need to re-enter it.

This only works if you leave cookies on your mobile if not, well then you need to use the code to login every time.

It is a Progressive Web App, meaning we only install a little code—only an icon on your phone and some cookies.

We do it this way because the process and cost for developing and publishing on the app stores is just too expensive.

I want to subscribe, is it free?

Unfortunately, we charge a small fee for several reasons.

  • Keep the equipment up to date.
  • Keep the server running.
  • Pay third parties for code development.
  • Buy Coffee… lots of coffee.

It is only a few dollars a month.

You still get to use the Dayboro App if you want to. You have full access to:

  1. Dayboro Lions Business Directory.
  2. Dayboro Events Calendar
  3. 2 Day weather forecast
  4. Basic weather information.
