Dayboro.au Private Membership Association (PMA)

📜 PMA Charter

1. Name
This Association is known as the Dayboro.au Private Membership Association (“the Association”).

2. Formation & Purpose
Formed by the creator and administrators of Dayboro.au, this Association operates within a private domain under rights of freedom of association and contract. It provides:

  • Community-focused information and services
  • Access to private content for subscribers
  • Protection for administrators from liability through private membership structure

3. Legal Standing
This is a private contractual association. Members interact under private law, not public jurisdiction, unless activities present a “clear and present danger.”

4. Membership
Membership is established upon subscription and includes agreement to the Bylaws and Membership Agreement. Non-members may view public content but are not granted member privileges.

5. Administration
The Trustees (site administrators) manage the Association. They are indemnified from liability for actions taken in good faith.


📘 PMA Bylaws

Article I – Member Conduct
Members must interact respectfully and lawfully. Spamming, abuse, or misuse of content is prohibited.

Article II – Content and Use
All content shared is between consenting members. Public content is non-advisory. Redistribution of subscriber-only content is prohibited.

Article III – Indemnity and Risk
Members use the platform at their own risk and agree to indemnify the Association and its administrators against any claims or losses resulting from use of the platform or its content.

Article IV – Confidentiality and NDA
All members agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Sharing private content externally is a violation of this agreement and may result in termination.

Article V – Termination
The Trustees may revoke membership for violations of these Bylaws.

By subscribing to Dayboro.au or app.dayboro.au, you agree to the following terms as a Private Member:

  • You enter a private contractual relationship with the Association.
  • You acknowledge the PMA exists outside statutory jurisdiction.
  • You agree to the PMA Charter and Bylaws.
  • You accept full responsibility for use of the website and understand no professional advice is offered.
  • You agree to indemnify the PMA and its administrators against any claims from your usage.
  • You agree to confidentiality and not to share private content or internal communications.
  • Breach of this agreement may result in termination and legal action.
